Payment terms and refunds

Quotations

Every job starts with a written quotation setting out the scope, price and programme. Work begins only after you accept the quotation. Prices are in Fiji dollars and the quotation states whether VAT is included.

When payments are due

Your quotation sets out the payment schedule. Smaller jobs are usually paid as a deposit on acceptance and the balance on completion. Larger projects are paid in stages, with a written progress claim and photographs at each stage.

How you can pay

You can pay online with M-PAiSA, by bank transfer to our BSP business account, or by card once card payments are available. Always use your invoice or quote number as the reference. We send a receipt for every payment.

Refunds

If you pay twice or pay the wrong amount, contact us and we will refund the difference to the same payment method or credit it to your next invoice, as you prefer. If a job is cancelled before work or material orders start, we refund the deposit less any costs already incurred, which we will show you in writing. Payments for completed stages of work are not refundable; if you are unhappy with any work, tell us and we will put it right under our workmanship terms.

Security

M-PAiSA payments are completed on Vodafone’s secure payment page, and card payments on our bank’s secure payment page. We never see or store your M-PAiSA PIN or card number.
