Painted the whole house exterior.
Pool deck

Built a timber deck to carry a 13-tonne swimming pool, a raised timber walkway from the house, and timber casing for the pool.
Certification upgrade, fence and driveway
Vunituraga residence, Domain
Engineering-certificate upgrade works: replaced rotting fascia boards and hurricane shutters, renewed broken guttering, puttied and painted the whole house, built a boundary fence and renewed the driveway slabs.

Structural roofing upgrade works for cyclone certification.
Interior renovation

Opened up the bathroom walls, new kitchen cabinets, new plasterboard ceilings and lights, bathroom and floor tiling, new structural floor members with Damanu and Dakua timber floors, new aluminium windows, air conditioning, and a new vanity and aluminium shower cubicle.
