Clean Construction and Property Maintenance is a Suva-based building company delivering quality construction, renovation and property maintenance across Fiji.

The company was registered in March 2026, but the team is not new. Our director and core crew have been building, renovating and maintaining homes and business premises in Fiji since 2018 — from new homes and retaining walls on difficult sites to kitchens, decks, fences and cyclone upgrades.

Our multi-skilled team of carpenters, plumbers and electricians, with joinery and welding in-house, handles every job from site inspection to handover. Every job is quoted and approved in writing before work starts, claimed in clear stages, and documented with photographs so owners can follow progress from wherever they are.

Clean Construction is part of the Clean Holdings group of companies, based at 42 Kanavi Street, Samabula, Suva.
